S.T.E.A.M. Race to Space Reading Challenge

The Need for S.T.E.A.M. Learning

S.T.E.A.M. learning is a significant topic right now. And, S.T.E.A.M. related careers are in such high demand. Self-driving cars and space travel are fast becoming a reality and no longer science fiction. Innovations such as these come from the careers in sciences, engineering, and space.

The U. S. Department of Education reports that the number of S.T.E.A.M. jobs in the United States have grown by 14% from 2010 to 2020. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that by the year 2029 S.T.E.A.M. jobs will continue to have the most growth and will be up 8%.
